Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 24, 2026

Unsubscribe Beast is owned and operated by Creating Empowerment Solutions. CEO: Anthony Bryant.

1. What this covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information Unsubscribe Beast ("we," "us," "the Service") collects when you create an account, connect an email provider, or pay to unlock the Service, and how that information is stored and used.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information: the email address, name, and password you provide when you sign up. Passwords are one-way hashed before storage — we never store or have access to your plain-text password.
  • Connected email account access: when you connect Gmail or Outlook, we request permission to read sender metadata (who's emailing you and how often) and to manage unsubscribe actions and inbox rules/filters on your behalf. We request the minimum scopes needed for this functionality and do not read the content of your personal emails beyond what's required to identify senders and unsubscribe links.
  • Payment records: if you unlock the Service with an EMPR token payment, we record the public wallet address, transaction signature, and amount on the public Solana blockchain — this information is inherently public on-chain. We never have access to your wallet's private keys.
  • Usage data: senders you've unsubscribed from, blocked, or marked as trusted, and a history log of those actions, so the dashboard can show you what's been done.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above solely to operate the Service: authenticating you, displaying your inbox senders, executing unsubscribe/block actions you request, verifying token payments, and maintaining your action history. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention and deletion

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Deleting your account removes your sessions, connected-account records, trusted senders, and history from our database. Blockchain payment records cannot be deleted, as they exist permanently on the public Solana ledger independent of our systems.

5. Third-party providers

We rely on Google (Gmail API) and Microsoft (Graph API) to access connected inbox data under the permissions you grant during their respective OAuth consent flows, and on the Solana blockchain network to verify token payments. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own privacy policies.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and httpOnly session cookies. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
