By creating an account or using Unsubscribe Beast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Unsubscribe Beast helps you find and unsubscribe from, block, or bulk-delete unwanted email senders in a connected Gmail or Outlook account, and provides AI-generated recommendations on which senders to cut. Certain features require connecting an email provider account and/or completing a one-time EMPR token payment on the Solana blockchain to unlock full access for a limited period.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
When you connect Gmail or Outlook, you authorize the Service to access sender metadata and to perform unsubscribe, block, and delete actions on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant during the provider's own OAuth consent process. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google or Microsoft account security settings, or by disconnecting the provider within the Service.
Access to the dashboard is gated by a one-time payment of EMPR tokens on the Solana mainnet, valid for a limited period as displayed in the app at the time of payment. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by their nature — once a payment transaction is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be refunded through the Service. You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet and private keys; the Service never requests, stores, or has access to your wallet's private keys.
You agree not to use the Service to access, unsubscribe from, or interact with email accounts you do not own or have explicit authorization to manage, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the security of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that every unsubscribe request will be honored by the underlying sender, as that ultimately depends on third parties outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsubscribe Beast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of tokens sent to the wrong address, or missed emails resulting from unsubscribe or block actions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
